Merrill Design offers: * Exploration of clients' project needs and goals * Site analysis * Re-creation of existing structure plans for remodels, where necessary (As-Built plans) * Building department & critical area research * 3D Conceptual plans and project exploration with virtual walk-through * Working directly with the contractor to form a preliminary budget based on conceptual plans. This allows clients to make intelligent decisions based on real world costs early in the design process * Construction drawings and documents ready for the permitting process * Coordination of surveyor, soils engineer, civil engineer, septic system designer, structural engineer, interior designer, landscape architect and others as required by the scope of the project and the building department. * Permit submittal and liaison with your local building department during plan review * Hardscape design (driveways, exterior walls, decks, patios, walks, etc.) * Assistance with interior and exterior material selections * Interior detailing, kitchen, bath, lighting, and millwork design * On-site consulting during construction * Project job cost accounting & project bookkeeping during construction *Working with contractor on final specifications and final budget |
